While most of businesses are facing downturn - I have been noticing a completely different problem! What do you do when the marketing effort is too good - do you push away the opportunities or do you form a new business.

Over the past 6 months - as I was travelling regularly, I constantly hoping to create a passive income business so that the business will not be surrounded with “Me Me Me” factor - I call it th “3M” Factor ..lol

Anyway, my multicultural marketing consultany does require personal attention to it - but over the months - what I have decided to do are:

1) Standardize The Process - and yes, everything can be standardized - and I have now standardized 70% of the business process, and this means I can pass them down to my employees or consultants to carry out the task.

2) To form a passive income business - but focus on what you are good at - I have a lot of knowledge in venture capital & private equity markets as well as Internet such as Internet Data Center industries - so I have formed a business selling these reports online and this has been a good venture - I truely think anyone has something to offer - and this can be converted into ebooks and sold online! Great business and sales can be outsourced or through search engine.

3) Utilize your own database - I now have close to 20,000 members reading my Blog or news items one way or another - my own Blog, my website or Groups on individual websites.

Once you form your own membership / people interested in reading your articles - you would have create a unique marketing opportunity.

But the most important thing is - always writie things you are passionate about, or you have a particular knowledge in - do not try to be an expert when you are not!
